With over 20 years’ experience, David is the lead practitioner and adviser for Acas in North Wales and has extensive experience of providing his clients with high quality advice and guidance, learning and development, and conflict management solutions. David has a particular interest in helping clients with their organisational development, mental health and positive psychology and resilience strategies. David delivers a wide-ranging portfolio of Acas services across Wales, Great Britain and overseas to multinational companies, SME's, Public Sector, Voluntary Organisations and trade unions. He is digitally proficient and is comfortable taking lead roles representing Acas at virtual conferences and webinars. A fluent Welsh speaker, David is comfortable working with clients bilingually. He possesses professional qualifications in conflict management, a Master of Arts degree in Industrial Relations and Employment Law and is a member of CIPD.
Helen Lovitt
Senior Adviser @Acas
Helen joined Acas in 2018 as a Senior Adviser and covers South Wales. She provides training on all aspects of employee relations good practice via our open access events, as well as via in-company learning events. Helen has over 10 years’ employee relations experience, providing advice and guidance to organisations in fields as diverse as healthcare, logistics, media and the third sector and is experienced in organisational review and development. Helen holds a degree from Cardiff University.
