David became the senior practitioner and adviser for Acas in North Wales in 2007 having previously held roles as a Conciliator, Mediator and Trainer. David has over 15 years' experience in employment relations, working with multinational companies, SME's, Public Sector, Voluntary Organisations and Trade Unions. He has extensive experience across a wide portfolio of Acas services such as training, conflict management, mediation, consultancy and advice. David has an Employment Relations & Law Master's Degree and is a CIPD member.
Helen Lovitt
Senior Adviser @Acas
Helen joined Acas in 2018 as a Senior Adviser and covers South Wales. She provides training on all aspects of employee relations good practice via our open access events, as well as via in-company learning events. Helen has over 10 years’ employee relations experience, providing advice and guidance to organisations in fields as diverse as healthcare, logistics, media and the third sector and is experienced in organisational review and development. Helen holds a degree from Cardiff University.
